These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from Poster Wall. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, which are governed by UK law including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

About Us

Poster Wall is an online retailer of printed wall art posters. We operate on a print-on-demand model, meaning each item is made to order and produced specifically for each customer after purchase.

Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

All products are produced and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners on our behalf. Once an order is placed, it is sent to a production facility for printing, packaging, and dispatch. This means production begins only after your order is confirmed.

Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed once your order has entered production or has been dispatched, at which point a dispatch confirmation will be sent.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but you will always be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

As products are made to order, processing times may vary. Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the product type and destination. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or production demand.

Where free UK delivery is offered, this will be clearly stated on the product or checkout page.

Cancellations

Because orders enter production quickly, cancellations may only be possible within a short window after purchase. Once an item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order unless the item is personalised or made to order. As all items are made to order via print-on-demand, most products are classified as personalised/custom-made and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Product Variations

Due to the print-on-demand process, slight variations in colour, texture, or positioning may occur between the product image and the final printed item. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Third-Party Fulfilment

We work with trusted third-party production and fulfilment partners who handle printing, packaging, and shipping. These partners only receive the information necessary to complete your order.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and imagery on this website are owned by or licensed to Posterwall and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
